Terms of Sale & Return Policy
Shipping:
All orders will be processed within three business days. We will not charge your credit card until we ship your order. If any item is on backorder we will contact you as soon as possible and you may opt to wait for shipment or cancel your order.
30-Day Money Back Guaranty
We provide a 30-day money back guaranty on all products and services purchased, except special order items and certain products listed below. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by e-mail or phone and we will issue a Return Material Authorization number.
DO NOT SHIP any merchandise directly to our office. Returns must be shipped to the return processing center. Merchandise shipped to our address will incur additional shipping and handling charges which will reduce the amount of your refund. Furthermore, if a product is returned to us or to somewhere other than the Return Shipping Center and that results in the product not arriving at the Return Shipping Center within 30 days of its original delivery to you, the product will be returned to you, freight collect and will not be able to be returned for credit.
Shipping and handling charges or actual shipping costs are not refundable.
Used merchandise which has been installed, connected to power, programmed or modified in any way is not returnable for credit. If any product fails to perform according to the manufacturer's specifications, you may return it for warranty service. Used merchandise can not be returned for credit or refund.
What you must do:
- Contact us and let us know why you wish to return the item.
- Upon receiving RMA instructions from us, return the merchandise to the return processing center within 30 days of your original receipt of the order. The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.
- Include all packaging materials. Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged. All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.
- You must pay any return shipping expense. It is your responsibility to insure the returned goods against loss or damage in shipment.
What we will do:
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above and within 30 days of original delivery to the address specified in the online order, we will issue a refund. Alternatively, you may elect to receive store credit towards another purchase.
Special Orders:
Special Order products are usually shipped directly from the manufacturer. Most special orders are shipped within 1 to 2 weeks. Special orders are not returnable. If a special order product is defective or fails in service, we will honor the manufacturer's warranty and expedite service in accordance with that warranty. We will always do our best to provide prompt, courteous customer service during and after the expiration of the warranty.
Warrantees:
We honor all manufacturers warrantees. Each of the lines we carry is covered under a separate manufacturer's warranty. The terms and conditions vary from company to company. You should therefore read the warranty information which we have displayed on our site and/or on the manufacturers' websitres. The warrantee infoprmation listed on out website is, to the best of our knowledge, a true and accurate copy of the warrantee published by each manufacturer. We cannot assume responsibility or liability for any typographical errors. We do not provide any additional warranty for any product sold other than to assist you in obtaining the benefit of the manufacturer's warranty.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not returnable for credit or refund. It is the buyer's responsibility to ascertain that the products being ordered are suitable for his or her needs. Non-returnable products are covered under their respective manufacturers' warrantees. We will honor those warrantees as with any other products we sell.

Typographical Errors and Price Changes:
We are not responsible for typographical errors. Manufacturers sometimes raise prices without warning, making it impossible to provide goods at the marked prices. In the event that an erroneous price is displayed on our website or if a manufacturer raises its price above the price on our website, we will do one of the following:
- If the price you paid is higher than the correct price we will issue a refund of the balance.
- If the price paid is lower than our cost we will offer the product at the correct price or cancel the sale refund the purchase price at your discretion.
Images on Our Website:
Many of the images on our website are provided by the manufacturers. Some images depict the product along with related items or complete kits. Please refer to the detailed text descriptions of our products to be certain which components are included. Do NOT assume that all items in a particular image are included with the product. If you're unsure, please call our sales office for assistance.
