Audio Interface with Fiber Optics, RF Transmitters, Video Modulators
Line drivers, line driver/receivers and matching transformers are available for transmitting audio (one-way or bi-directional) over fiber optics, telephone wire or microwave links. These units provide required impedance matches plus provide power and drive the microphone and speaker.
Line Driver takes audio signals from Louroe Microphone (Models A, B, C, D, E, L-DT, or K) and amplifies it to 0 dB @ 600 Ohms balanced, for input over desired transmission (fiber optics, etc.). Provides one-way listen-only at the Louroe Base Station. 12 Vdc plug-in power supply included.
A Line Driver and Receiver in one housing that provides two-way talk/listen between the Louroe Speaker/Microphone and Base Station. It contains two circuits. One is a Microphone Line Driver, the other a Line Receiver and Power Amplifier. Line Driver portion takes audio signals from the microphone and amplifies it to 0 dB @ 600 Ohms balanced, for input over fiber optics, or telephone line. Line Receiver portion receives audio at 0 dB @ 600 Ohms and amplifies it at a maximum of 4W output into an 8 Ohm speaker. A built-in 70V transformer provides constant voltage the Louroe Speaker/Microphone. 24 Vdc plug-in power supply included. NOTE: If one-way listen is required rather than two-way talk.
A matching transformer, 600 Ohm to 10K Ohm. Used with AMT-600 Line Driver or AMT/R-600 Line Driver/Receiver in conjunction with transmitting audio over fiber optics or telephone wire. The TR-2 matches the 600 Ohm output of the transmission (fiber optics, etc.) and produces an output of 10K Ohms for input to the Louroe Base Station.
