Terms & Return Policy

All orders will be processed within three business days. We will not charge your credit card until we ship your order. If any item is on backorder we will contact you as soon as possible and you may opt to wait for shipment or cancel your order.

We provide a 30-day, no questions asked, money back guaranty on all products and services purchased, except special order items and certain products listed below. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by e-mail or phone and we will immediately issue a Return Material Authorization number.

DO NOT SHIP any merchandise directly to our office. Returns must be shipped to the return processing center. Merchandise shipped to our address will incur additional shipping and handling charges which will reduce the amount of your refund. Shipping and handling charges or actual shipping costs are not refundable.

Used merchandise which has been installed, connected to power, programmed or modified in any way is not returnable for credit. If any product fails to perform according to the manufacturer's specifications, you may return it for warranty service. Used merchandise can not be returned for credit or refund.

1. Contact us and let us know why you wish to return the item.
2. Upon receiving RMA instructions from us, return the merchandise to the return processing center within 30 days of your original receipt of the order. The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.
3. Include all packaging materials. Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged. All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.
4. You must pay any return shipping expense. It is your responsibility to insure the returned goods against loss or damage in shipment.

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above and within 30 days of original delivery, we will issue a refund. Alternatively, you may elect to receive store credit towards another purchase.

Special Order products are usually shipped directly from the manufacturer. Most special orders are shipped within 1 to 2 weeks. Special orders are not returnable. If a special order product is defective or fails in service, we will honor the manufacturer's warranty and expedite service in accordance with that warranty. We will always do our best to provide prompt, courteous customer service -- during and after the expiration of the warranty.

We honor all manufacturers warrantees. Each of the lines we carry is covered under a separate manufacturer's warranty. The terms and conditions vary from company to company. You should therefore read the warranty information which we have displayed on our site and/or on the manufacturers' websitres. The warrantees are, to the best of our knowledge, true and accurate copies of the warrantees published by the manufacturers. We cannot assume responsibility or liability for any typographical errors. We do not provide any additional warranty for any product sold other than to assist you in obtaining the benefit of the manufacturer's warranty.

Wire & Cable: We can not accept returns of wire and cable unless the wrong cable was shipped due to our error. Please be certain before ordering that you have selected the right wire for your project.

CCTV & Audio Surveillance Equipment: We can not accept returns of Closed Circuit TV (CCTV) equipment of any kind except for repairs or unless the wrong item was shipped due to our error. Louroe audio monitoring equipment is non-returnable, except for warranty service.

Fire Alarms: Commercial Fire Alarm systems are special order and are non-returnable.

Muxlabs: Most Muxlabs products are special order and can take from 2 to 4 weeks to ship. Please allow extra time for Muxlabs orders. Returns of Muxlabs products are subject to a 20% restock fee.

Batteries: Batteries are non-returnable. Used batteries must be disposed of in accordance with local and state regulations.

Intercom Systems: Aiphone and Mircom products are subject to a 20% restock fee.

STI Products: Safety Technology products are subject to a 20% restock fee.

Locks & Locksmith Supplies: Locks, locksmith supplies and equipment are non-returnable. Please verify that the part you order is exactly what you need. Do NOT rely on product images as they may depict products with optional items which must be ordered separately. If you have questions, please call before ordering. We will attempt to get you accurate, up-to-date information from the manufacturer.

We are not responsible for typographical errors. In the event that an erroneous price is displayed on our website we will do one of the following:

• If the price you paid is higher than the correct price we will issue a refund of the balance.
• If the price paid is lower than our cost we will offer the product at the correct price or refund the purchase price.

Many of the product images on our website are provided by the manufacturers. Some images depict the product along with related items or complete kits. Please refer to the detailed text descriptions of our products to be certain which components are included. Do NOT assume that all items in a particular image are included with the product.
