The MRX-300 outdoor motion detector is a triple technology detector that combines Microwave and Dual Horizontally Opposed Mirror Optic PIRs into one single all-weather detector. The MRX 300 is specifically designed for extreme outdoor conditions and its exclusive mirror optic design provides the maximum amount of coverage in a horizontal plane, in the same manner as human eyes. It comes mounted in an industrial grade housing with a pan/tilt swivel bracket that provides swivel within 100° of range and tilt within 10°.

The MRX-300 allows the installer to design security in outdoor applications that in the past were impossible to provide. This opens a whole new potential source of income for alarm installers.

The MRX-300 has a 100° swivel bracket that is calibrated into 1° segments for easy adjustment to any environment. This increases the speed of the outdoor installation and provides incredibly accurate aiming of the detection pattern. The entire detector is encased in this housing that is impervious to and unaffected by weather conditions and moisture.
